    Why Am i starting to change my habits and ways?!

    • BE HEALTHY
    • I want to be deep down happy
    • Want to say I accomplished losing 15-20 lbs
    • Never be that depressed again
    • Want girls to ask me how I did it
    • Find REAL friends
    • Feel good about myself
    • Be able to have self confidence to wear any type of style
    • Have my mom follow my ways and become healthier
    • Find a GOOOOOOD guy for me, not one who only parties
    • All in all….. BE HAPPY.FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF. BE FIT. AND SKINNY.
