I hate my arms.. they are huge.
So it makes me nervous to lift weights… i just dont’ want lunch lady arms anymore

Decisions Decisions
Lovely Way to start this wednesday!
Ran for 20 mins on Treadmill… walked 5 mins… a few on Elliptical (my knee kills)
Some quick abs then did some legs w/ the roommate

Need some push to finish cleaning so I can work out….
Then Laundry…
Then Workout again….
THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN!
I wish I could have someone to plan out my workouts for me… this would be so much easier…. ughhhh.

Hot tubing… led to drinking a whole bottle of wine. which lead to a lot of texting to ex boyfriends… which led to a potential hook up this weekend. YUS.

Ran 2.5 miles in 30 mins around town. in the Drizzle. I think that’s my new favorite way to run. except i’ll wear my contacts next time… i needed windshield wipers for sure. haha
butttttt i ran 2.5 miles and it felt like nothing.
before i ran i had one hard boiled egg (no yolk) then 2 tbs of peanut butter with a little glass of apple juice.
I FEEL GREAT TODAY!
Now for abs arms and some butt exercises. =D
Just ran our local lake… it’s like 1.1 miles. but mostly hills.
I FEEL LIKE I COULD KICK SOMEONE’S ASS RIGHT MEOW. =DD
now time for abs legs and arms. =D
then a nice din din w/ my grandpa!
I woke up Early so I can get am awesome and much needed workout for the day..
i’ve been slacking for the past 2 days. so i wanna get back on track right meow.
