Summer
My summer has consisted of just working out and laying out. such a glorious time Update on weight loss.. Haven’t weighed myself in almost 2 weeks. finals really was a stressful time so i didn’t work out… gahhhh. and i ate awful. so now i’m back in my routine of healthy eating and exercising. Feels great.  =DDDD

It’s grew to look forward to Mondays. Those are the days that i love most because I think to myself that I’m going to change. They are also those days that I say I get to literally start over. So thank god Tomorrow is Monday. =DDDDDDDDD

Just got done w/ my weigh in… Exactly the same. 133.14.   Buttttt i look so much better. A lot more tone around my body. A lot more is to be done. but i gotta keep positive! THAT’S CRUCIAL FOR ME.

3 Months Down
Been Changing my ways for a better and healthier life… I’ve lost around 7 pounds….. but my body looks a lot better. (Not as chubby) I’m sad i didn’t reach my goal of 10 pounds in 3 months.. but heck.
